Then came burnout. My stress levels were through the roof, my sleep was erratic, and I was always exhausted-both mentally and physically. The very things I had been working so hard for started to feel meaningless. That was my wake-up call.

I stumbled upon slow living during a time when I desperately needed a change. I wasn’t looking for another productivity hack or a rigid wellness routine-I just wanted to feel better. The idea of simplifying life, focusing on the present, and making space for what truly mattered spoke to me. What started as small shifts-like mindful mornings and saying no to unnecessary obligations-turned into a complete lifestyle transformation.

Since slowing down my evenings, my sleep has dramatically improved. I wake up refreshed instead of groggy, and I no longer rely on coffee to just to function.
