With 12 years in healthcare, I’ve learned that true wellness isn’t about perfection—it’s about small, sustainable habits that bring balance to our bodies, minds, and homes. I’m passionate about slowing down, embracing simple joys, and creating a life filled with nourishment, mindfulness, and intention. I also believe in keeping spirits light, finding laughter in everyday moments, and making life as fun and joyful as possible!
