This whipped feta pumpkin dip is a cozy, creamy, and crowd-pleasing fall appetizer that’s as easy as it is impressive. Blending pumpkin, feta, goat cheese, Greek yogurt, and pistachios creates a velvety dip that’s perfectly balanced with tangy, nutty, and slightly sweet flavors.

Ingredients
1cuppumpkin purée
½cupshelled pistachios
½cupGreek yogurt
½cupfeta cheese
4ozgoat cheese
1–2 tbsp olive oil
Saltto taste
Fresh rosemarychopped (for topping)
Pomegranate seedsfor topping
Instructions
Add pistachios and olive oil to a food processor. Blend until finely ground and beginning to form a paste.
Add the feta cheese and blend until smooth.
Add the pumpkin purée and blend until fully incorporated.
Add the goat cheese and Greek yogurt. Blend until light, smooth, and whipped.
Taste and season with salt as needed.
Spread the dip into a shallow bowl or dish. I love to use my 7.5inx6in Staub ceramic dish
Top with chopped rosemary and pomegranate seeds.
